To do this we will step into your shoes as tenant in all your leases using our standard process for an LLT; we will take on responsibility for the leases and you will become sub tenant on your terms.
This will provide your business with the flexibility to decide how much space you want to occupy and for how long and is particularly suitable for a company looking to adjust space requirements over time.
The LLT structure does not require landlord’s consent so that we can commence work without delay.
We are different from others who may offer to take on unwanted space: we aggressively work to shed the unwanted liability. If that is not immediately possible we will mitigate the risk until the liability can be removed.
