ADAM FOSTER
Director
Adam founded SPS in 2005 and has led each of its portfolio acquisitions. Before that he was a senior managing director at Honeywell Inc and Caradon Plc (Novar plc). At the latter he ran UK building sector businesses including Gent Fire and Trend Controls Limited, and also managed Novar’s £200 million international business in 35 countries with over 1900 staff. Fluent in French and Italian, Adam holds a BA from Columbia University, New York and an MBA from INSEAD, France. For many years he has provided strategic and business guidance to a number of charities.
FRANK COLHOUN
Director
Frank is in charge of the financial management of SPS and all associated group companies and investments. Responsible for the financial aspects of all transactions and client reviews, he led the successful structuring of the bespoke credit enhancement for the Rentokil transaction. In the past he has held divisional CFO positions for large European and US listed businesses including Lucent Technologies Inc, Novar plc and Honeywell Inc in New Jersey, London and Dusseldorf. A qualified accountant, Frank also holds an MBA from the School of Management at the University of Edinburgh.
